CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy, a full charge applies if you don't canceled before the deadline.
DRESS CODE
Wear clothes that can get dirty! Pottery is a messy activity, even if you're careful and use an apron.
POTTERY QUALITY
Due to the nature of clay - pottery pieces made by novices have imperfections like cracking and sharp edges. We do our best to mitigate this, but they can and do happen.
POTTERY PICKUP & UNCLAIMED PIECES
Your pottery will be ready for pickup in 3 weeks. All unclaimed pottery will be discarded 6 weeks after the class.
MINIMUM AGE
We have a minimum age of 13 for classes. If your wanting a wider age spread inquire about private events and classes.
